lol!

You are not serious....

I totally agree though.

But some people will rather jump into a lake than be associated with people who don't get married.......and then they end of marrying the devil from hell, or his brother......then live in regret

This na serious jamb question oh. I dont know about marriage being for everyone sha but I dont think anyone should be alone without a companion Why marriages fail is because of the characters the partners bring into it which could be as a result of things that they have gone through in their lives.

that's what Paul said (i think)

i hope it is for me though

What a loaded question/statement in so few words lol.

I don't think marriage is for everyone. Marriage is a lot of work. And there are plenty of people that are not willing to put in that work.

LG...I love you sha. You have a way of making me laff even when you haven't written anything.

Sure marriage is not for everyone but tell that to the average African woman.

I for one know I shouldn't be getting married but I'm going to anywhere...if it's just to shut everyone up. I do like the idea of different men cos I like the excitement that comes with meeting and getting to know someone new. But sadly I know it doesn't last for long and when it fizzles out, am ready for my next adventure. However, out of discipline, I'd have to sadly go the marriage route.

Marriage is not for everyone because when two people come together to become one; some parts of you change/ evolve/ disappear.
Not everyone can accept that

i can't say that marriage is not for everybody. if u see marriage and u r sure itz something good 4 u, by all means, marry. but on d other hand, marriage no come ur way, itz all ok too. for those who marry and those who haven't, just know that marriage is most likely to multiply ur problems than reduce it. however, some good marriages, as they dey add headache to u, them dey remove stomach-ache.

I concur.

Should I oppose or support the motion?

I hope I have been able to confuse you, and not convince you that marriage is for only those who are ready to do what is required.

Well, God says "be fruitful and multiply"...one way of interpreting that is having children, which under normal circumstances, should be a product of marriage.

On the other hand, Paul said that not every body should marry...if u know you have a calling upon your life that would be hindered by marriage, or would cause you to hinder another person in marriage, then don't marry.

Marriage is not for he//she who's unstable emotionally. Definitely not for those who think its too much stress to commit to lifelong friendship, companionship, accountabilit y and fidelity with the same person.

P.E.T. Projects said...

its not for the rigid neither is it for the lilly livered... Not for he who thinks he'''s perfect and not for the unteachable. There shldnt be an arguement over this, after all even the bible says HE WHO FINDS A WIFE finds a good thing! Simply put, not everyone wld find abi?

The question I would ask is are u ready for marriage? Do u have what it takes? If the answer is no then marriage is not for u till ur honest answer becomes yes.

You be winch?

Marriage is for men and women. Unfortunately a lot of 'boys' and 'girls' venture into it.

It takes a matured mind to embark on it.

I kind of sort of agree.
